Race 6 of 12 in the 2013 Runfurther series.

Hosted by Go Beyond Ultra, this was a 35-mile run in the beautifully warm, sunny and dry Northamptonshire countryside from the grand old pile of Lamport Hall. The route is undulating and very runnable as opposed to steep and technical, which adds a toughness of its own because you have to keep on running. In my third running of this event I was pleased to just scrape a PB (no. 9 of the year) with 6:22:13.
